The aim of this meeting is to both reflect on the lessons learnt from the first cycle of the WFD process and as importantly to look at how implementation will be taken forward in an effective and constructive way. Outline Objectives:

• To help collect views on the lessons that can be drawn from the preparation of the first round of River Basin District Plans and supporting work
• To look at key themes that need to be taken further
• To look at the implementation phase and what this will involve for stakeholders
